Facing down the fat
I want to go downstairs and huff down the rest of the cereal. But I just took a cold sip of water instead and I’m fighting the urge. Here’s what I actually ate:
- Coffee with creamer (50 cals) 
- Vega brotein shake (170 cals) 
- Bowties with alfredo sauce (300 cals) 
- Red beans (300 cals) 
- Tub of salad with avocado, yellow tomatoes and feta (600 cals) 
- 1 chocolate coin from xmas (100 cals) 
Total: 1450 calories
