Twerk it to hell.
Work took over today, so I ate like shit and didn’t exercise. Here’s what I ate:
- Coffee with creamer (50 cals) 
- 2 string cheeses (200 cals) 
- Red beans (300 cals) 
- 30 skittles (150 cals) (the devil put them in my room) 
- Palak paneer and brown rice (1300 cals) 
Total cals: 2000 cals.
I was really hoping to break 169 tomorrow, but not after today’s shitshow.
